BOOKING: A credit card placed on file is required at time of booking your appointment. On location appointments require a 50% non-refundable retainer at time of booking.
LATE & NO SHOW POLICY: If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” and your card on file will be charged for the full service amount scheduled.
CANCELATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY: We ask at least 24 hours notice (from your booked appointment time) when attempting to cancel or reschedule your appointment with no card charge. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service amount. A client “No-Show” to an appointment will incur a full charge of the booked service amount to the card on file.
TRAVEL & PARKING FEE FOR ON LOCATION SERVICES: $25 per Artist within a 25 mile radius of Burbank, CA. Additional $.65 (2023 IRS Mileage Standard) per additional mile, calculated roundtrip. Client is responsible for all parking fees, including valet and street parking whenever incurred, per Artist.
